Club Penguin have decided to decrease the 18 hour wait to get on to the next Puffle Party task down to 6 hours. This update may be because of bugs or simply because the party is half way through and they would like everybody to get the most out of it, despite Rainbow Puffles being available after the party comes to a close.
The tweet above that was sent by Polo Field reads:
Spread the word. We’ll be decreasing the amount of time between tasks in the Rainbow Puffle Quest to 6 hours. Yay! 3 times faster now! :)
